I haven't trained quads all prep or they'd take over 😂 Can't wait to start training properly again.<br />.<br />My training during prep is to enhance muscle in some areas and lose muscle in other areas.<br />.<br />And the goal of my off-season training is to gain muscle overall, lift heavy for density, practice perfect biomechanics, and nurture injury prone areas. A good training program includes all of those. It's not just about exercises, sets & reps.<br />.<br />Why my training is so extensive is because being a competitor in any sport is about longevity. As in progress every time you compete. You don't want to look the same/perform the same, or worse than last time. So you don't want to be limited by injuries, lagging body parts or plateaus. Managing those before they happen is key to continued progress!
