• FDOE •<br /><br />Breakfast: chinese custard bao, almond milk, and an apple<br />Lunch: carrots, stir fried tofu, turmeric rice, and a peanut butter chocolate donut for dessert<br />Snack: an orange<br />Dinner: roast duck, rice, some cucumber slices, and some unpictured sweet potato <br />TW: emetophobia, eating<br />Today is apparently national dessert day or something like that? I had a donut to celebrate after lunch. I zapped it in the microwave for a few seconds so it would be warm, but it didn't make the frosting all melty the way I wanted it. I also didn't want the frosting to be absolutely liquid so I didn't mind much. Today I challenged eating at different times once again. I had dinner earlier than usual and a snack at a random time. I've been trying to listen to my body more rather than look at the clock and then decide. Today my mum and brother wanted to go out for lunch but I felt too nervous so I said no. We all ended up staying home because of that, and my dad went out to get burgers for my brother. He also bought one for me, but I didn't eat it because again, my phobia was especially bad today 🙄 Tonight my parents and I are going to visit my psychologist but I don't want to bring up my phobia. It'll only cause more problems. I'm not quite sure how things are going to go but hopefully it will be something beneficial to everyone!
