A friend requested I score some scenes from The Nightmare Before Christmas, so here is the first! Oogie Boogie scored into a pumpkin sage loaf! This loaf has 200g pumpkin purée, 200g water, 350g @kingarthurflour bread flour, 150g @bobsredmill spelt, 100g levain, and 10g salt. I laminated in a handful of chopped up fresh sage, making this a very fragrant bake.
