I remind my homeless angels (w a lotta luv) that they are just being tested + shouldn’t get too comfortable on the streets but rather fight for a better life by breaking free from addiction. Whatever it may be. Right b4 we pray together, i beg them to agree to not only accept but look 4 help. Just TRY & ur path will b filled w luck, advancements + smiles from above.
Although there are many other factors behind homelessness, including crippling circumstances that have little to do w failure or free will, mental illness, due to addiction, does seem to b a very predominant factor behind the predicament of many. This is a potential threat to all not just “the weak” since addiction can take anyone under. At the moment drugs r killin off a big portion of our country. Therefor we shouldn’t judge, just offer luv + support. Before I take piX of our homeless neighbors i always say to them “Hey, gimme real hope! Like u BELIEVE in change. No pity posing😉. Be that light of hope to influence the younger generation to strive hard to survive!” As i look at their photos later i notice how they reveal such a kingdom of hope during their darkest + most hopeless of days. To smile optimistically w out any sort of real validation that change is possible. That kind of faith is key cuz we then tap into the power of free will which will sustain hope like unending fuel while being on below empty. It seems easier to stay stuck, angry + resentful but hope is a super power that places anyone in da VIP section of consciousness no matter where they are, physically, mentally or geographically.
