CNY came early. 🍊
For once I ate so much yusheng! Usually I dislike yusheng because the plum sauce makes me feel nauseous everytime. But this one was based on a homemade recipe and it didn't smell pungent at all.
Also substituted salmon for konnyaku strips, and topped it off with loads of seeds, nuts and wholegrain crackers for a healthy finish.
