Lately I have not been practicing martial arts wherever I go: at work I have not been as patient (Though I realize that and it’s a victory and of itself), in life I have been overwhelmed rather than mindful, and most importantly I have not been practicing taekwondo forms in the bathrooms during breaks. The fact is sometimes you need a break, and I needed that break. But things have wrapped themselves up and I’m ready to start a new chapter. .
