What is ANXIETY? It is an intense worry about everyday situations. When we have too much going on and we aren't able to handle it, our heart rate begins to rise and that's when anxiety begins.<br /><br />By being mindful we can try to be more AWARE of our own body so that we can see how we're breathing and what we feel in certain situations giving us a good understanding of ourselves. <br /><br />In this way we can ACCEPT our emotions or feelings such as anxiety so that we can move forward in life with a more mindful approach that whether good or bad we are made up of all these feelings.
