<br />2. "This sounds like it is really difficult, would you like to talk or would like to focus on solutions?"<br />
<br />3. "I am sorry you feel so sad AND it is ok to feel this, I am here for you"<br />
<br />Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to say the perfect thing! <br /><br />Unfortunately words won't change the situation but it might help someone feel more able to cope. 🌱<br />
