TRAINING NEIN DANKE,DAS GIBT NUR STRESS! Für ein Pferdegerechtes Training ist es wichtig,das alle Grundbedürfnisse beim Pferd gestillt sind. Bleiben einige Berdürfniss auf der Strecke,wie zum Beispiel genügend Raufutter oder die Qualität des Heu's.Werden hungrige Pferde beim Training schnell frustriert.Auch das Abspulen von gelernten Lektionen für ein extra Leckerlie wird gern gezeigt. Neue Trainingseinheiten bei Hungerfrust erschweren zusätzlich das Lernverhalten.Zusätzlich kommen Übersprungshandlungen wie Schnappen,massives Drängeln oder den menschlichen Raum einnehmen hinzu und erschweren die Kommunikation zum Pferd. Wollen wir uns nichts vormachen,das ganze ist doch Stress auf beiden Seiten.Der Mensch frustriert, weil die Erfolge keine Erfolge sind und es geht kein Schritt vorwärts.Das Pferd wird evtl.für etwas Bestraft ,für das es wirklich nichts kann.Außer sein nicht erfülltes Bedürfniss zu zeigen!!! Auf der Bounty gäbe es bei der Crew eine Meuterei bei Hungersnot! Deshalb ist es so wichtig das Grundbedürfniss eines Pferdes immer im Auge zu behalten und individuell versuchen diese mit Kompromissen in der Haltung zu optimieren. Falls der Verdacht besteht,das es der Hunger ist und alles im Allgemeinen beim Training nicht stimmig an fühlt. Könnte die Lage vor dem Training mit einer kl.Portion Heucobs evtl erstmal die Lösung sein,bis sich eine andere alternative für das Hungerbedürfniss gefunden hat. Zum Hungerfrust in einer gemischten Herde,zeigt sich jeder in seinen Bedürfniss anders und nicht jeder reagiert mit solchen Verhalten.Jedes Tier ist individuell zu betrachten genau wie sein Halter. I saw this quote the other day and thought it was too good not to share. 😁 All too often we do everything we can to avoid the discomfort in life. When in reality, making peace with it is a much better way to go. There are going to shit bits, so might as well embrace them. Last week I had one of the worst running weeks in a long time. On one of my easy 60-minute runs, no joke I walked over half of it. On my mile repeat day, I quit. Literally quit!!!! I can’t remember the last time I totally quit a workout. Slow down sure, but not quit. I was feeling super beat up with some added life stress on the side. Add to that sucky sleep and more things on the “to do” list than crossed off the list. It was just not an amazing week. Fast forward to Friday, got a good night’s sleep, hopped on a bike Saturday morning and felt great during the 100k ride. The 5th Point of Yoga according to the Sivananda tradition, is Positive Thinking & Meditation - Vedanta & Dhyana. Yet, harnessing the power of our breath through specific breathing techniques can be a game-changer for busy working women seeking to enhance their energy flow and vitality. One effective breathing technique is diaphragmatic breathing, also known as belly breathing. This technique involves deep inhalations that expand the diaphragm, allowing more oxygen to enter the lungs and promoting relaxation and stress reduction. To practice diaphragmatic breathing, simply place one hand on your abdomen and the other on your chest. As you inhale deeply through your nose, focus on expanding your abdomen rather than your chest. Exhale slowly through your mouth, allowing your abdomen to gently contract. Repeat this process for several breaths, allowing yourself to fully relax with each exhalation. Another powerful breathing technique is alternate nostril breathing, which is commonly used in yoga and meditation practices to balance the body's energy channels. To practice alternate nostril breathing, sit comfortably with your spine straight. Use your right thumb to close your right nostril and inhale deeply through your left nostril. Then, use your ring finger to close your left nostril and exhale through your right nostril. Inhale through your right nostril, then close it with your thumb and exhale through your left nostril. 🧠 Worstel je met negatieve gedachten, stress of eindeloos piekeren? Het 5G Gedachtenschema kan je helpen om helderheid te krijgen en je gedachten op een objectieve manier te bekijken. 1. Gebeurtenis: Dit is de trigger die een bepaalde gedachte bij je oproept. Benoem een specifieke situatie bijv. “Ik zat in de bank en een goede vriendin belt op of ik vanavond mee een drankje ga drinken in de stad. 2. Gedachte: Dit is de betekenis die je aan de gebeurtenis geeft. Welke gedachten gingen door je hoofd. Bijv. “ Ik wil eigenlijk vanavond niet, maar hoe moet ik dat zeggen?” 3. Gevoel: Dit verwijst naar de emotionele reactie die je hebt op basis van je gedachte over de gebeurtenis. Het kan variëren van blijheid en vreugde tot verdriet, boosheid of angst. Bijv. 40 %blij( leuk dat ze me vraagt) 40% angst (kan ik nee zeggen?) 20 % boos ( waarom komt ze er nu pas mee?) 4. Gedrag: Dit is hoe je reageert of handelt als gevolg van je gedachte en gevoel over de gebeurtenis. Het omvat zowel je verbale als non-verbale reacties, evenals je acties of keuzes. Bijv. Ik zeg “ Ja leuk, ik ben erbij vanavond”. 5. Gevolg: Dit zijn de consequenties van je gedrag als reactie op de gebeurtenis. Het kan invloed hebben op jezelf, anderen of de situatie als geheel, en het kan zowel positieve als negatieve resultaten hebben. Bijv. Ik was eigenlijk niet van plan om weg te gaan en wil eigenlijk ook niet, maar heb nu al ja gezegd en ga ik dus maar. Door deze vijf stappen te doorlopen, kun je een dieper inzicht krijgen in je eigen denkpatronen en emoties, en kun je leren hoe je effectiever kunt reageren op verschillende situaties in je leven. Je kan het bij iedere situatie toepassen en vul het vooral pas in wanneer de situatie is geweest en je erop terug kunt reflecteren. Als je te hoog in emotie zit heeft dit invullen niet zoveel zin. Ich passe sie einfach meinem Alltag und und meinen Befindlichkeiten an. Und ich mache sie einfach auch immer wieder mal zwischendurch indem ich Innehalte, mich spüre und vielleicht auch mal in eine Gleichgewichtsübung gehe oder eine kurze Atemübungen einbaue.
