Very small batch apple scrap vinegar. We harvested our first few apples from the trees we grafted a few years back. The imperfect ones were cut into small pieces, submerged 1 cup filtered (no chlorine) water to 1 tablespoons BeeBlessed honey. Added a splash of blackberry wine (yeast). In a few weeks it will be filtered, add a splash of last years apple scrap vinegar and a week later - vinegar! So yummy you will never go back to store bought. And zero cost.
