Decided to switch my day up and workout after breakfast instead of before. Man was my body confused AF. I like to switch my routine up every once and awhile so that the meat sack doesn't get used to it. Maaaannnn was she pissed about it today but it was worth it. Possibly one of the best cardio sessions recently.
