Ranger is now 4 years old, and has been with us since September 2023. Ranger was abandoned by a breeder at a young age, because he has an undershot jaw, and genetic defects can pass on, so the breeder couldn’t use him for breeding. This only means that his tongue is always sticking out, just making him extra cute! 🥹
He has been adopted and returned four times now, because previous adopters either could not afford him, could not manage his fur, or did not have enough time for him 🥺 We have been carrying out in-depth vetting processes and will be charging a higher adoption fee for Ranger because we want him to go to the best home, where he will receive all the love and care he requires, and we need to know that his future adopter can care for him as well as afford a dog of his breed.
Ranger is a great dog. Although he may be a little shy at first, once he warms up to you, he’ll never leave your side. He absolutely loves walks and is also very protective of us. Ranger gets along with all of our dogs, except our resident dog, which has made it difficult for us as we’ve had to separate them as they fight when put together.
Ranger’s expenses are also taking a huge toll on us, as we need to send him for grooming at least every 3 weeks and Huskies eat a lot more than our regular mongrels. We urgently need to get Ranger adopted, especially since our resident dog has been out of sorts, and we have so many animals to care for ❤️
Ranger is fully vaccinated, dewormed, deflead, neutered and also cleared of all diseases ✅ Ranger is not suitable for apartment living and will require air-conditioning as he has extremely thick fur, and Huskies are not built for Malaysian weather.
