Cut the Leftovers Loose – 13 Year Old Heaven Hill Corn Whisky: 🥃
Yet another dram from my visit to @cutyourwolfloose a few weeks back - this is a 13 Year Old Heaven Hill finished in a PX Octave. Pretty sure I had the last pour from the bottle. This release was limited to 57 bottles.

The nose: Saloon floorboards. Fruit salad. Caramel. Hay. Nutmeg. Inside a barn on a hot day.
The palate: Cinnamon dusted red fruits. Corn. Pepper. Vanilla panna cotta. Ginger. Apple turnovers. Wet oak.
The finish: Crème brûlée. Red berries. Spice. Leather. Tobacco.
