You've been asking about early plant starts, so I got some out on the stand for you!!
Right now, we have kale, collard greens, scallion, spinach, Napa cabbage (to make your own kimchi!), and lettuce. The lettuce that is out there is special, and there are only 2 flats of it. The lettuce is salanova that I use in my lettuce mix. As it grows, it produces more small leaves rather than each leaf getting larger, making it perfect for baby lettuce all the way through its life. The seed is super expensive, so I don't usually sell it as it starts, but I had extra, so you're in luck! Stop by the farmstand to get your early greens going in your garden.
Also, I have quite a few tomato and pepper plants left over from my greenhouse planting. THESE ARE NOT ON THE FARMSTAND, but reach out if you have a greenhouse or grow lights indoors and you'd like to get some. $5 each. I can let you know what varieties I have when you reach out. They are already flowering, so you'll be really far ahead of the game!
