Irresistible Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken<br /><br />Recipe<br /><br />Ingredients:<br /><br />2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts<br />8 oz cream cheese, cut into chunks<br />1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix<br />1/2 cup chicken broth<br />1 cup shredded cheddar cheese<br />8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled<br />1/4 cup sliced green onions<br />Directions:<br /><br />Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker.<br />Scatter the chunks of cream cheese over the chicken.<br />Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the top.<br />Pour the chicken broth around the sides of the chicken, being careful not to rinse off the seasoning.<br />Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours, until the chicken is very tender.<br />Use two forks to shred the chicken in the crockpot.
