Homemade Salad Dressing 🥗
In the beginning of each week I make a big batch of salad dressing to grab throughout the week. I don’t love dressings from a shelf ( bad oils and added sugar) but can get behind @primalkitchenfoods
@traderjoes also has fresh dressings in the refrigerated section ONLY. Avoid any on the shelves that have added sugars ❌
Easy Shallot Dressing 🧅
3 Tbsp minced shallots
2-3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup good olive oil
1-2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
