In January I thought that Iโll make it back and start with BJJ. I was so so happy that I could do trainings with high pulse again after my head trauma. Unfortunately on the second training I hurt my back in sparring and got a herniated disk. It SUCKS so bad. So after almost not being able to move for a few months I can finally start to lift again! Iโm so so happy that I can load a bit of weights on.
Anyways, todays leg workout really killed me ๐

Split squats: Def my fav and I legit died this last round on my left leg as you can see! 3 sets 6 reps each leg.

Hip thrust: Last time was a few months ago that I put near 100 kg on but finally how nice to be a bit back again! 3 sets 6 reps.

Seated hip abductor: I really LOVE this one because itโs another angle than the โnormalโ ones. 3 sets 12 reps.

Standing hip abductor: Burned like helllll. I legit could not do one more. 3 sets 10-12 reps.
