Yesterday I went to run. I ran approximately 13 km. I ran very comfortably and at a high race pace for what I usually do. When I was finishing a dog tried to bite me. Luckily I jumped away and it didn't hit me, although I hit a giant flowerpot and hurt my leg. I like dogs and I have had a dog, but if yours tries to bite, be careful on the street. leg stuff ⤵️ Glutes, hams, and adductors for today’s session, just showing up and doing the work. Order of movements: 1️⃣ lying hamstring curl 👉🏼 push hips down into the pad and contract your hamstrings like your life depends on it 2️⃣ adductor 👉🏼goal is more overall lower fullness so coach added more adductor volume to the plan 3️⃣ smith squat - glute focused 👉🏼 more hip hinge, not knee flexion to get more stretch in the glutes 4️⃣ plate loaded RDL 👉🏼 first time using this, coaches feedback was less knee bend, on it for next week 🫡 5️⃣ smith machine hip thrust 👉🏼 used a band just as a reminder to push knees out, one action of glutes is to abduct, so allowing knees to cave in takes away from the movement 6️⃣ hip abduction 👉🏼 tbh was tryna figure out how to feel this best on this machine and leaning forward seemed to be the trick 7️⃣ calf raises 👉🏼 I no longer skip calves & I can say it does pay off Happy Friday, go lift some heavy stuff 🤝🏼 #legday #glutesandhamstrings #legtraining #bodybuilding #trainhard #femalebodybuilder

Leg Day Bits 3.5weeks out . Happy with session Did take my time with working sets and rested a lil bit too much in between reps but overall happy, much better session. Potentially was one more on hack and leg press sets but I’ll take it Trying to train hard but also manage fatigue so body is able to recover and not over do anything Hack split into 2vids as 2min video Gymleco first few reps cut off as longer then a min . 🔥Here’s some Strategies I use for Stronger Adductors 🔥 . It’s Super Simple 👇 . 📌 Save & Share this! . 👉Strategy 1). Think outside the traditional abductor and abductor machines. 👉Strategy 2). Use a wide variety of equipment, including bands, kettlebells, plates, and even bodyweight, etc 👉 Strategy 3). Think about other stabilization effects, including working in frontal plane, and how the adductors work as direct antagonist to the glute max, TFL, and glute medius indirect functional opposite with the glue medius, and also directly involved with both Anterior Oblique sling and Lateral subsystem. . ✅ Side Notes: They make up around 23% of the total mass of the lower extremities. The longus, brevis and magnus attach more anteriorly. The pectineus and gracilis attach more posteriorly and are a part of the anterior oblique subsystem and lateral subsystem. . ✅ The most common groin pulls are pectineus and adductor longus/brevis. . ✅ They are involved in eccentric deceleration and aspects of rotation. If adductors are chronically tight, they will always battle with the glutes or other musculature and won’t allow the pelvis to get out of a large anterior tilt with internal rotation. That in turn can cause issues throughout the chain and even create knee pain. . .🏋️‍♀️ Hope this helps. Give these a try and let me know how you like them. .

Se ve fácil pero al hacerla por tiempos sin duda sentirás las piernas on FIREE. Son 7 ejercicios que vas a repetir 3 o 4 veces. 40 o 30 segundos de ejercicio por 15 segundos de recuperación. PD.
