🌷💕Mother’s Day is an honor I do not take for granted. It has not been a path I’ve received lightly but rather it has been a gift that I be called a “mother.” My journey to motherhood was challenging and there were times I did not know if I could ever be the mother I always wanted to be. Through years of infertility, miscarriage, then a high risk pregnancy, I finally earned the title. Then, just starting in motherhood, going through months long hospitalization of my babies to now working through having a child with a critical illness all in less than 2 short years, it is a badge that is not taken off despite the circumstance.
