๐ซถ 2. You must feel and embrace all emotions, there are no good or bad emotions, they are all necessary.

๐ด 3. Try a slow pace of life, and
try to get at least 8 hours of rest a day.
HEART OPENER
๐โโ๏ธ 4. Do some type of physical activity regularly to improve your mood. Being outdoors help too.

๐ฅ 5. Eat healthy and maintain a balanced diet.
