Same way I would make Brussels sprouts. I figured since cabbage and Brussels sprouts are from the same family that they could share the same technique. It’s a really simple way to cook cabbage which comes out tender but also crispy. The maple syrup helps dull the bitterness. It doesn’t need much more than this. Maybe a nice grating of Parmesan.
