Happy weekend! Here is a healthy pancake recipe that we thoroughly enjoy by Joe Wicks aka @thebodycoach . Great post workout meal - overnight oatmeal pancakes - easy to make and nutritious- recipe based on one person portion so prorate for more people. I used a generous amount of blueberries and used frozen ones, they release water when you microwave or defrost so don’t add water to the batter until you have added in the blueberries and the juice. Ingredients: 55g (1.8 oz.) rolled oats 15g (0.95 oz.) ground flaxseed 15g (0.95 oz.) vanilla protein powder 120g (3.75 oz.) yogurt, such as Greek, natural or soy Pinch of salt 1 large egg, beaten 1/2 tsp baking powder 70g (2.75 oz.) blueberries 11/2 tsp coconut oil 1 tbsp yogurt, such as Greek, natural or soy 25g (0.9 oz.) honey Method The night before, combine the oats, flaxseed, protein powder and salt in a bowl and stir in the yogurt. Cover the bowl with Saran wrap and chill overnight. The next morning, beat in the egg and baking powder to make a thick batter (you may need to add a splash of water to loosen it slightly). Fold in the blueberries. Melt the coconut oil in the frying pan and fry large spoonfuls of the batter for 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter then stack up and serve with the yogurt and honey. Ik weet het, het is nogal een uitspraak. En toch ga ik ‘m doen. Dit is het recept voor de LEKKERSTE VEGA FILET AMERICAIN/MARTINO OOIT. Sla op, print uit, neem een screenshot en leer het uit je hoofd. Hier ga je niet alleen op Koningsdag blij van worden! 👑 DIT HEB JE NODIG •300 gram bospeen •25 gram fijngesnipperde rode ui olijfolie of ghee •30 gram tomatenpuree (dubbel geconcentreerd) •scheutje water •1 tl paprikapoeder •snuf cayennepeper •peper en zout uit de molen •Worcestershire saus naar smaak •Tabasco naar smaak •gesneden zoetzure augurkjes •fijngesneden bosuitjes (groene gedeelte) ZO MAAK JE HET Was de bospeen, schil ze en rasp ze met een grove rasp. Pel de ui en snipper deze fijn. Verhit wat olie of ghee in een pan en fruit de ui aan. Voeg de tomatenpuree toe en bak deze een minuutje mee. Doe vervolgens de geraspte wortel en een scheutje water in de pan, zet het vuur laag en laat het geheel garen. Haal de pan van het vuur en breng het warme mengsel op smaak met paprikapoeder, cayennepeper en peper en zout. Mix het vervolgens in hakmolentje of kleine blender, tot je de juiste structuur hebt bereikt. Zet het in de koelkast om het goed af te laten koelen. Bij voorkeur minimaal 2 uur, zo kunnen de smaken goed intrekken. Op het moment dat je de de vega filet americain/martino wilt serveren: maak ‘m af met worcestershire saus, tabasco, zoetzure augurkjes en bosui.

dinner rolls by air fryer * try out hand kneading dough and baking dinner rolls by air fryer. It turned out very soft and fluffy. 😊😊😊 Ingredients: 150g AP flour 105g egg + milk (leave some egg mixture for brushing on top) 10g sugar 1.5g yeast 15g vegetable oil 1g salt Instructions: Add yeast and sugar to milk and egg mixture. Mix well, then add flour, use fork or chopsticks to mix until no dry flour. Rest for 20 min. Hand knead to smooth. Then add salt and oil, fold and knead to smooth again. Divide to 8 equal piece, about 35g a piece. Fold to smooth and round. Rest for 20 min. Then fold to smooth and round. Let them proof until double size. Gnocchi bolognese Great meal prep idea for a lazy weeknight, all you need is to: make some bolognese sauce with some diced brown onion, (some diced carrot too if needed), minced garlic, seasoned beef mince until the mince is cooked through, then add the canned diced tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, a bit of sugar and some spice if you want, let that cook/simmer for a bit then add the gnocchi in for about 3-4 mins or until cooked and make sure all the gnocchi is in that sauce to ensure it cooks evenly. I've been waiting to share this until we got a good way into Spring. Mostly because it's been a bit of a wishy washy / winter Spring so far. And since my message to you is food is medicine, and the energetics of food are very much linked to this and because I am here to support and strengthen weak digestion I wanted to allow time for true Spring to arrive and with is sunshine and some warmth because in Spring we slowly begin to bring in the raw foods. Lemon Chicken Piccata Zesty Lemon and Capers Chicken Piccata Ingredients: 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup low sodium chicken broth 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped Directions: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour to coat. Shake off excess flour. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, turning once, until golden and no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, lemon slices, and lemon juice; bring to a boil. Scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Return chicken to the skillet. Add capers and spoon sauce over chicken. Simmer until chicken is heated through, about 5 minutes. Stir in butter until melted and sauce is slightly thickened. Serve chicken garnished with sauce and sprinkled with fresh parsley. Une des seules étapes que vous devez faire, c’est de faire cuire les pois chiches et le chou-fleur pendant 20 minutes à 180° sur chaleur tournante. Je les ai parsemé de paprika avant d’enfourner. 2. Cold peanut noodles with shredded chicken, blanched bok choy, asparagus and sesame. This was a quick and easy lunch to pull together and is also great for work lunches! Suggest to make extra sauce for a packed lunch. • • Sauce: 2 tbsp nut butter, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp black vinegar (or any vinegar), 1 tbsp chilli oil, honey, dash white pepper, fresh ginger and garlic, 1 tbsp sesame oil. 2-3 tbsp hot water to thin out the sauce. Taste and tweak! I ended up adding a dash or Worcestershire sauce as per usual! • • Noodles: mix in a bowl: boiled noodles, blanched veggies (anything you want tbh), scallions, cilantro, sauce. Top with a hard boiled egg, black and white sesame seeds and crunchy garlic if you have it. Zkrátka jak máte chuť😍 Pokud chcete obměnit klasickou ovesnou kaši na snídani, pak musíte rozhodně vyzkoušet tuto pečenou ovesnou kaši na styl Tiramisu☺️ Z tohoto dezertu žádné výčitky mít nemusíte!😄 Potřebujeme (plech 25x20cm) ▫️250g ovesných vloček ▫️2 zralé banány ▫️250ml mléka ▫️1 shot Espressa ▫️1 vejce ▫️20g vanilkového proteinu ▫️50g čekankového sirupu ▫️2 ČL chia semínek ▫️30g vysokoprocentní hořké čokolády ▫️1 ČL kypřicího prášku ▫️Špetka soli __________________________ Krém ▫️200g tvarohu ▫️100g ricotty ▫️Vanilkové flavdrops (stačí pár kapek) + nepražené kakao Postup 1. V míse si rozmačkáme banány, poté k nim přidáme mléko, vejce, kávu a čekankový sirup. Vše promícháme. 2. Nádledně do směsi přidáme ovesné vločky, protein, chia semínka, kypřicí prášek, sůl a nasekanou čokoládu. 3. Pečeme v předehřáté troubě na 180 stupňů cca 30 minut. 4. Po upečení necháme korpus vychladnout a mezitím si připravíme krém~ všechny suroviny smícháme dohromady. 5. Krém rovnoměrně rozetřeme na upečený korpus a na závěr vše posypeme kakaem. 6. Dáme odpočinout do lednice, nejlépe přes noc.
