There are times
When I get weary and weak
And the things that
Consume my thoughts
Aren’t the things I seek.
But God who is faithful
Sees past the pulse’s frail beat,
And of our spirits gray defeat.
He reaches with graceful intention
To secure our seat in Him,
The one whom our souls
are made whole and complete.
