My first real attempt on the Pleiades and pushing the @moveshootmove rotator past its limits! 😬
I didn't think this was gonna be doable (and it's not recommended if you value the warranty!) but here is the result of 65mins worth of exposure on M45 at 300mm
I only ended up binning around 20 exposures and 10 of those were due to a telegraph cable getting in the way! The lens is a pretty lightweight one but I still don't advise putting that much torque on the gears due to the length. However, the little box came through and delivered a far better image that I thought was possible on such modest gear.
Absolutely blessed to have such beautiful, dark skies over the #bannaubrycheiniog national park, literally from my back garden
