Flat Stomach Detox Drink
Ingredients
3 lemons
1 cup of cut parsley
5 stems celery
6 cups water
Preparation Method
Installed blender the lemon juice, parsley and celery and mix it, then add more water and blend again.
Drink this detox 2 times a day for breakfast meal replacement and dinner (add 2 snacks and a light meal between them)
