👋 Hello my midlife marvels! While I was on holiday, I realised I’ve been so inconsistent here on Instagram. I do love popping up an in-the-moment story – but meaty midlife gossip and wellbeing/beauty info posts have seriously dwindled. So, a huge thank you for staying with me and apologies to new followers who must wonder what/where/who I actually am 😁
I go through phases of wanting to delete my account and start afresh with something totally new but then I read through my posts and decide I actually quite like them and I love the engagement and chats they spark with you.
Sharing our midlife stories – the messiness alongside the fabulousness of ageing and being in it all together makes my heart sing ✨
My background in beauty and lifestyle journalism means I often get sent lots of gorgeous skincare products, gadgets and treatments to trial and review and you lovely lot seem to enjoy it, so I’ll be bringing more review posts back. I also want to add some more midlife fashion to the mix – once I’ve decluttered my wardrobe and tidied the house to seek out a fashion-worthy background! I am all about keeping it real - but you don’t want to see the state of my house right now, I promise you 😱
And, if you wonder what it is I do for work – I write! I create all kinds of content (and PR) for brands in the beauty and well-being space - features, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, copywriting for websites and marketing materials. My absolute passion is writing and cultivating an authentic tone of voice to help my clients successfully engage with their desired audience. ❤️
