Stage Five. Fruition (Five stages of the lightbearers path to their Soul mission) A blossoming of the potential seeded within you has happened! At this point you have a sense of completion and satisfaction, as you have truly actualised what was calling to you. You can see the fruit of your labour has landed and that niggle has relaxed, as you listened, acted, journeyed and became. At this stage you may even choose to take on a new project! However now it has a feeling of leisure to it rather than a nagging feeling pushing you as you have completed your calling. Closing It's natural in the earlier stages of this soul mission journey to say to ourselves, “but it's so hard!!” because it’s true! It really isn’t an easy process to go through. It is a ‘spiritual death and rebirth’ process in essence that can take years. It can also feel like a very isolated path that feels hard to express. For me, all I could ever say was ‘I just have this feeling…’ that I should leave this career, do this training, spend time with this person, I should leave this relationship and so on yet I never had any concrete or logical reasons as to why I just ‘knew’ . I also never knew where I was heading! This is why it is so important to develop your intuitive gifts to help you in your endeavours and with those leaps. To the world around you, it can seem illogical and like madness. Most of the time we are travelling in the dark, just listening to the whispers of the soul. Once when I channelled for a friend who was resistant to her call to write, her angels said ‘Yes it’s not easy, who said it would be? But do it anyway’. Remember a diamond was once coal, and it was only through pressure it became a precious stone. In essence we are the same. As you overcome your challenges and wounds you will have a river of wisdom to offer others, as you step into your calling, but you have to do the journey first. I know it been quite some time since I've posted here at Naturealness. Almost 6 months, I think which is like death in the Social Media realm. But death was needed. A sistren of mines when asked what do you see when you see me, stated she saw a Muslimah being strangled in the dark. Now at first, I was completely taken aback by such a gruesome vision, but it was the beginning of my rebirth, of Naturealness' rebirth. She and I have gone through several iterations and we've finally arrived at our door, imbued with magic specifically for us. But in order for us to arrive, we needed to struggle, to have our flames extinguished. Because what was keeping those flames going weren't not feeding our soles but rather feeding our flesh and that's not how either of us want to move. So in order for the right flame to be ignited, the old one had to die. But here we are entering into a new chapter, ready to walk in truth and alignment. That's what 2023, chapter 36 was like for us and it was beautifully dark year of refining. Simplminded people annoy me because they talk reckless and think shallow. On top of this they act like it's the responsibility of other people to learn and share their learnings with them why themselves spend their time engaged in nonsense. Energy, in people means they get up and go after what they want and do what they need to do. I dislike people who expect others to do for them and carry them as if they're their responsibility. Your mother and Father are responsible for bringing you in this world not anyone else. Integrity, is a big thing it implies that a person has a strong sense of sound morals and values, and stands on solid principles. 50 plus years has taught me that people sell themselves out all day every day, and so it's senseless to trust people on face value. Always watch people, and their interests, likes and behaviors will tell you about them truthfully more than words. From there you'll know to what level you can deal with them on. As a poor righteous teacher I believe that 85% of the population are dumb, death, blind and slaves of a mental death and power. When a significant part of life comes to a close, like an important relationship ends through choice or death, a big move or career change or giving birth I call these times a spiritual death. Life as you knew it is now in the past but you’re not quite in the next season of your life…yet. You’re in the messy middle. You’re in a dark night of the soul. I often find these deaths happen when you realise you can no longer go on as you are, but but don’t necessarily know what to change or how to change it or how to move through it. Looking back and thinking how easy it would feel to fall back into that old life, even though though your heart knows it would feel like forcing your foot into a size 3 when you’re clearly a size 5 👠 My advice for anyone experiencing their own spiritual death or dark night of the soul is to feel the grief for the old life and look for the wisdom in the darkness. There is no light without dark after all. 🫧 A bouble of softness exploded under Rebirth Few years ago, I had a choice. I had a choice where I could give up on my life as a victim of what happened to me. Or I could choose healing, choose myself, choose life choose to feel - feel everything. Surrender completely to the universe to spirit I felt the present of the universe of spirit there was there with me and with my healing process. It’s not easy to heal. It takes time you need to be brave, brave enough to feel - Feel everything Feel old feelings Brave enough to lose - lose all your friends Brave enough for you - for people around you to think you are crazy, but when you were choosing you you’re standing true to yourself, it’s called healing. When you are choosing you in every moment No matter what the world around you tell you to do or tell you to think or tell you to feel. They don’t know your story, and you don’t know my story. Why I’m here today, why I’m doing what I’m doing, on this path my soul is calling. It have been shown before I came to this earth. But I didn’t listen to my soul for a long time I needed to go through a rebirth before I could start expanding - expanding in my power. Connecting to the earth, the whole way up to the sky. My human mind didn’t choose this path. If it was my up to my mind for that time I would have choose to party, to be drunk, to run away from myself to avoid all the feelings. Things to know about aquamation versus cremation. @movingthroughdeath . When you have dental fillings, implants or surgical materials in your body, all of it gets burned with cremation. All of those things burn into the atmosphere. During the aquamation process, all of those materials, implants and fillings get separated out. They can be cleaned and repurposed for reuse. . The liquid bio-ash that results after the soft tissue gets broken down will have a neutral PH level. The liquid is also very nutrient rich. You can then take this liquid and add it to your garden or donate to a farm. The effluent is also clean enough to be put back into the public waterway. There are no nutrients in cremated ash. . One cremation is equivalent to driving 600 miles in a car and produces about 500 lbs of CO2 emissions. Aquamation produces less than half that. Crematories are also required to be located in industrial areas because of the toxins that get emitted into the air. . When it comes to burial choices, we have more options than ever before. I’m in that process of rebirth but there are still things dying within me at the same time. And like many times throughout my life, there is a loneliness that comes with it. 👇🏼I had a woman reach out very publicly on some of my posts to state that she had been to my website and social media’s and that I post to much about living, life, and healing, to be a death doula, and that I do not speak enough about death. It felt almost like she wanted to publicly shame me. Also like she wanted the death and dying topic to be more morbid, more dark, more sad… when I really try to explore the light within this transition. 🫶🏼I didn’t want to respond from emotion, so I sat with this energy for about a week and a half and really explored my beliefs and the kind of death doula I am. 🌱I think it’s so important to recognize that death and dying is a big part of our life and being alive experience. 🧘♀️ I work with clients who are days or weeks from dying who want reiki sessions, to heal their energy before they die, to practice meditation, breath work and more! 🙏 I work with my clients to help them feel complete, whole, and independent while moving through something so permanent and stressful. 🫂 I also know a big part of the death experience, is the grief that our loved ones feel after we’ve passed away. I am also here to help those people find their spark, love, and light again. 🤝 Holistic health and well-being hold hands with death and dying, and you simply cannot have one without the other. ❤️ This woman who reached out was a learning experience for me. Both entering and departing the world is a given. Both passages have incredible similarities. In todays world, birth and death are feared deeply. They usually take place in hospital. Away from the home, without familiar comforts, without loving support and often in a sterile, cold, noisy and impersonal place without much or any consideration for the souls involved. I never expected to become so passionate about the 2 things I feared the most. Learning about birth and then going on to birth in total freedom, power and in the way I felt strongest has taught me so much. It's taught me that for many of us, if we are just simply open to have the conversation, death can infact happen in the same way. Safe, comfortable, loved, surrendering to the process. Dignity. Respect. Death has been a part of my life, of course, because I am alive, death will come. There have been times I've kept it close so that I felt I had control and choice over whether or not to stay here. I am so fascinated by how much we can control, prepare and plan for both birth and death. It is without doubt my reason for existence. To witness, learn, share, support and make change to the way we feel about birth and death and the way we birth and die. This conversation needs to be had. Honestly and often. If you could choose how your birth/death would look, what would be important to you? Where would be be? Who is there? Do you feel safe? Such important questions that we spend our lives avoiding in the hope death never comes. It will. We deserve to pass in peace. Our babies deserve to be born in peace. I'm no expert in death. I'm at the very beginning of my journey. As with birth, I am certain there are complexities and nuances that are vitally important to understand. But try to understand it I will. Over the coming year I will be stepping into the birth space as a witness (to document & capture the awesome moments if requested) and I feel called to step into the space of death in the future too.
