مشاركة الدكتورة رانيا المشاط، وزيرة التعاون الدولي والمحافظ المناوب لجمهورية #مصر العربية لدى بنك التنمية الأفريقي في اجتماع مجلس محافظي البنك خلال الاجتماعات السنوية للبنك بالعاصمة الكينية “نيروبي”، التي تنعقد تحت عنوان “تحول أفريقيا، ومجموعة البنك الأفريقي للتنمية وإصلاح الهيكل المالي العالمي”. وتعد مصر ثالث أكبر المساهمين في رأس مال بنك التنمية الإفريقي على مستوى كافة الدول الأعضاء والبالغ عددهم 81 دولة، وواحدة من ست دول إفريقية فقط مانحة لصندوق التنمية الأفريقي. وتبلغ محفظة التعاون بين مصر وبنك التنمية الأفريقي نحو 7 مليارات دولار منذ عام 1974، والتي تضمنت تمويل العديد من المشروعات الإنمائية الهامة في العديد من المجالات للقطاعين العام والخاص بمصر من بينها الطاقة والنقل والزراعة والمياه والري والصرف الصحي وريادة الأعمال. وتأتي هذه الاجتماعات لتأتي على النسخة السابقة التي نظمها البنك المركزي المصري واستضافتها مدينة شرم الشيخ. وجدير بالذكر أن بنك التنمية الإفريقي يعد بمثابة المؤسسة الإقليمية الرائدة في دعم جهود حكومات الدول الإفريقية لتعزيز أولويات العمل التنموي والارتقاء بمستوى معيشة مواطني القارة، وذلك بالتركيز على خمسة محاور رئيسية، التي تتضمن إضاءة إفريقيا وإمدادها بالطاقة وتحسين قدراتها التصنيعية وكذلك تحقيق التكامل بين دول القارة وتحسين جودة حياة شعوبها. إضافة إلى ذلك، فإن البنك يضطلع بالعديد من المبادرات التي تتواءم وتتسق مع أهداف التنمية المستدامة وأجندة الاتحاد الإفريقي .2063.

In a striking move made in the context of the Israel-Hamas war, China will hold the 10th Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum in Beijing on May 30. The meeting, to be attended by several Arab Heads of States, signifies China’s growing heft in the Middle East as the US loses its grip on the region. GRC 2024 Side Event “Strengthening Global Research Collaborations” In connection with the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Global Research Council, we co-hosted a side event on strengthening #InternationalCooperation between small and large research organisations, North and South, and sustainable development. The panellists agreed that cooperation between "big" and "small", developed and developing, global North and global South is necessary to create the conditions for funding scientific excellence worldwide and to make research inclusive, equitable and sustainable. The panel was co-organised by the Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia @fondzanauku_rs, Swiss TPH and the Centre Suisse de Recherches Scientifiques en Côte d'Ivoire.

🌍 Backpacking in India 🎒👣 Il 22.04.2021 conseguivo un dottorato di ricerca, concludendo nei ringraziamenti della tesi: "Domani vorrei imparare a Dare. Perché non bastano due lauree e un dottorato per avere il proprio ruolo nel mondo. E, paradossalmente, è proprio questo che mi lascia questo percorso; non una tesi, non il riconoscimento delle mie capacità cognitive. Ma un cambiamento che parla di mille forme d’amore". Il 28.05.2023, tornando da un viaggio di un mese nei Balcani Occidentali dopo alcuni stravolgimenti professionali, appiccicavo un post-it alla parete di fronte alla mia scrivania, su cui scrivevo a mo' di promemoria "Non dimenticarti dei tuoi sogni", ripromettendomi di dare una svolta radicale alla mia vita nell'arco dei successivi due anni. Curioso come, esattamente tre anni dopo l'ottenimento di quel titolo, si sia concluso per me un viaggio intenso e profondamente umano, in cui ho sperimentato la bellezza di restituire all'interno di un contesto educativo svantaggiato, anche se probabilmente solo per un'infinitesima frazione, ciò che il privilegio di studiare mi ha dato. Assurdo poi come proprio oggi, dopo appena un anno da quel post-it, sia iniziata per me una nuova fase di vita lavorativa e umana che cerca di approssimarsi a quella ricerca di libertà e di senso con tutta la determinatezza che quella risoluzione si portava dentro e che fa cadere alcuni degli schemi mentali e materiali costrittivi con cui ho combattuto negli ultimi 18 mesi. Il mio periodo in India forse è stato solo una tappa di un viaggio molto più lungo e complesso dentro a chi sono, che continua tuttora e che mi porta a desiderare ogni giorno che mi regala la vita di diventare un essere umano migliore. Ma per quanto possa essere riduttivo riassumere un'esperienza del genere, credo che l'India in questo percorso sia stata uno snodo fondamentale, un banco di prova su chi ero diventata e stavo per diventare. L'augurio è che viaggiare serva davvero, a ognunə di noi, per fare scoperte impensate su se stessə e sulla realtà. Probabilmente non cambierà il mondo, ma una piccola parte di chi siamo verrà stravolta. E anche questo può rivelarsi una meravigliosa rivoluzione.

Saïd MOULINE, Directeur Général de l'AMSSNuR, ainsi que de plusieurs hauts responsables, participe à la Conférence Internationale sur la Sécurité Nucléaire (ICONS 2024) organisée par l'AIEA du 20 au 24 mai à Vienne, en Autriche. Durant cette conférence, M. Saïd MOULINE a présenté l'expérience marocaine lors de l'événement parallèle intitulé "Comment le développement de l'infrastructure réglementaire nucléaire a renforcé la sûreté et la sécurité : études de cas en Afrique", organisé par le Canada. Cet événement a mis en avant les efforts du Maroc pour établir un cadre réglementaire solide et promouvoir la coopération régionale et internationale. Parallèlement, l’AMSSNuR assure un stand intitulé "Leadership du Maroc dans le Renforcement de la Sécurité Nucléaire en Afrique". Ce stand a mis en lumière les réalisations du Maroc en matière de sécurité nucléaire. Continuous international attention and support are essential to ensure that North Korean citizens can enjoy basic human rights. 🤝 The Role of International Support This event was successful thanks to the cooperation of the Embassy of the Netherlands, the UN Human Rights Office, and IDH. The Netherlands' human rights policies and international support play a significant role in improving North Korean human rights. The International Democracy Hub plans to further this cause by traveling to the Netherlands next month to raise awareness and strengthen global partnerships. The visit aimed to enhance collaboration between Gollis University and Jigjiga University for the “One Health Program,” a Master’s program focused on integrated approaches to improving animal health, agriculture, and human health. Gollis University showcased its capacity to implement development projects in agriculture, livestock, environment, and human health, which are vital for the Horn of Africa’s progress.
