Tonight I went to the @community_garden_kitchen in East Mckinney. FREE MEALS for everyone, no questions asked, no paperwork required, just excellent dining service. Thank you Julie and Katie for hosting me. Arrived and was promptly greeted and seated. Smiling Waitress asks, would I like the full menu: chili cheese dogs, green salad, seasoned corn, bread, and assorted desserts? Water and tea were immediately offered. Desserts rolled on a beautifully-presented cart with lemon pound cake, apple pie cobbler, and marble cake- ma’am would you like dessert? Absolutely! Followed by a tour of the garden!
