Something I haven't shared yet is that I eat a gluten and dairy-free diet due to gluten and casein sensitivity. One of the things I miss SO much is good bread. I LOVE french baguettes so much, and this past summer in San Jose, CA, we found an amazing gluten free lunch place that made sandwiches on gluten free baguettes. Oh my gosh I was in heaven. I think we ate there about four times in as many days. Every time I picked up Josh from the airport or dropped him off, we ordered lunch from there! Over the winter, I bought a gluten-free bread cook book with the full intention of baking Gluten-free bread. Have I done it yet? No. I still have time before we leave at the end of May, right?
