So when I heard that Disney has a behind the scenes opportunity at Animal Kingdom with their Elephants, I was all over it!! 🎨 Fun Activity Idea 💡 There are SO MANY things to do outside of the parks and honestly I think this is my new favorite experience!! Bowes in Disney Springs has a Make Your Own Candle Station in their store! I had no idea this existed until we stumbled upon it this trip!! We sat down during a huge thunderstorm and it was the best pass-time activity I have ever done! You paint your glass, choose and mix the wax color, create your own unique candle scent, and then take it home! All for $25!! The lobby exudes elegance, transporting you to a luxurious seaside retreat right in the heart of the magic! 🌴 The Yacht and Beach Club Resort boasts an incredible pool complex, Stormalong Bay, which is practically a water park in itself! We spent hours zooming down the lazy river, splashing around the sandy-bottomed pool, and even taking a wild ride on the Shipwreck Slide! 🏊♂️🚢 🎢 Plus, being just a short stroll away from Epcot's World Showcase and a boat ride from Disney's Hollywood Studios, we had the perfect location to easily access all the parks.
