✨EPCOT✨ . It was the best day!!!!! We started off the morning riding Frozen Ever After! It’s such a fav!! We also started our scavenger hunt to find Spike the Bee! This is such a fun addition to an EPCOT day! You have to go find him in little gardens throughout the park to see what flower he is, then once your map is completed you take it back to one of the shops and get your prize! The current prizes are adorable mini corn hole games! . Then we started our eating journey for the Flower & Garden Festival! This is one of my absolute favorite festivals! All the flowers around the park are gorgeous, and the food is delicious!🌸🌺 Some of our favorites were the Violet Lemonade, the Avacado toast, potato pancakes, and the Florida strawberry shortcake! . It was then time for one of the coolest activities EVER - I got to go diving at the Seas with Nemo and Friends!!!🤿🐠🦈 If you are scuba certified, you get a backstage tour to see all inner working of the aquarium. This included seeing the kitchen where they prepare all the animals meals and an up close encounter with the manatees and dolphins! It’s then time to put on your wetsuit and get in the water for your 40 minute dive! I dove with over 2,000 different sea creatures, including my personal favorite, sharks!🦈🫶🏻 This was the most amazing experience, and I immediately want to go again!! Highlight of my trip 🥳 . After my dive, we ate a few more festival snacks, rode Test Track (an underrated fav), and then headed to dinner! We ate at Chefs de France and enjoyed French onion soup, salmon, and boeuf bourguignon. It was absolutely delicious! . We then ended the night by receiving our Garden Graze Festival Treat and enjoying their night time spectacular Luminous! This show was sooo great! 🎆 . We’re FINALLY in our Tokyo Disney era with these interchangeable character headbands. We got them at Bing Bong’s in DCA, and they had all the characters available. I heard that everything is pretty sold out now, but I’m sure they’ll be restocked. Currently, the characters available are: Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale, Buzz, Tigger, Pooh, alien, Lotso, Stitch, Donald, Daisy. I hope they make Mike and Sully! I tried the pink sangria and penne and they were excellent, but the jalapeño cornbread is the absolute best and I will get it every single time! A couple of pro tips: 📆 Summer House isn’t on the MyDisneyExperience app for reservations, but you can make them through OpenTable. 🍪 The cookies are amazing, and you won’t find the hours long virtual queue like you will at Gideon’s, plus they have rice cereal treats and cocktails at the Cookie Bar in addition to cookies. Highly recommend the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip cookie and the Brown Butter Crispy Rice Treat! Epcot’s Flower & Garden Festival has some yummy snacks & drinks 😋 🇯🇵Japan’s Frushi && Ichigo Breeze Cocktail 🍣🍹 My little one and I shared the Frushi. It was the perfect quick bite for a hot day. It usually comes with whip cream, but I am dairy free so we had to skip that part. I bet it would have been even better with it. The Ichigo Breeze Cocktail was so good! Honest Disneyland Pixar Fest Food Review: 🍦 The Eeeeeeye Scream Cone 💰$9.29, mobile order/Magic Key discount 📍 Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor “Scoop of pistachio ice cream dipped in green chocolate garnished with eye candy and horns” This was the number one food eye wanted to try for Pixar Fest. It’s visually stunning, with the eye-conic Mike Wazowski representation. I mobile ordered it, and it was made fresh when I arrived. It is a single scoop of eye scream, with Jordan almond ears, on a small waffle cone 👏The good: if you like pistachio ice cream this is top tier quality, no fake coloring either, it was scrumptious. The jordan almond ears were a really nice surprise and were also delish. The white chocolate coating was tasty, not too sweet. 👎 The bad: This eye scream cone will lull you into a false sense of security that you can walk away from Gibson girl without keeping your EYE on it. But make no mistake, Mike Wazowskis insides are turning into a puddle of goo. The moment you bite into it, the melted ice cream will be alllll over your hands. Half of my eye scream cone either went all over my hands or on the floor. My advice would be to eat it at Gibson girl immediately, ask for a bowl, and grab plenty of napkins. There is no photographic evidence of me eating this cone bc I was held hostage by this eeeeye scream cone, my hands were literally covered with eyeee scream. I would absolutely order this again, I would just be better prepared. And now you will be too 😁. This collaboration intertwined Disney’s cinematic releases, theme parks, and home video releases with Happy Meal toys and various promotional activities within McDonald’s restaurants. Conestoga Fries opened in November 1998 near the spot where guests had boarded the old Conestoga Wagons ride in the 1950s. The canvas top that proclaimed “Westward Ho!” was a nod to the old ride. However, the restaurant wasn’t one of the original Conestoga Wagons; it was just a creatively designed fast food structure that served McDonald’s fries. 😃 Not all visitors embraced the presence of McDonald’s within the park. For some, it seemed out of place in Disneyland, which prides itself on offering unique experiences, not readily available elsewhere. Despite criticisms, Conestoga Fries thrived, drawing crowds despite its limited menu and the availability of higher-quality dining options elsewhere in Disneyland. The demand for McDonald’s-branded French fries prompted the park to introduce a second counter serving them. In the summer of 2001, The Harbour Galley, initially established in July 1989 as a seafood counter-service venue, underwent a transformation. It emerged with a fresh look and a new purpose: to become the second Disneyland location offering McDonald’s French fries. The ten-year partnership concluded on January 1, 2007. McDonald’s and Disney chose not to extend their agrement.
