This weekend is full of exciting programs at the Seaport Museum that will span our campus from Bowne & Co. on Water Street to our historic ships on Pier 16 and beyond! Saturday will include two free #Archtober walking tours of the South Street Seaport Historic District at 12pm and 2pm, highlighting the hidden architectural and printing history of the Seaport. And, when you’re ready for a snack, be sure to enjoy the #TasteOfTheSeaport festival! Beyond the great food presented by over 50 restaurant partners, we have prepared fun hands-on activities for kids of all ages, including a Historic Food Puzzle, with puzzle clues throughout the Seaport Museum, and Make Your Own Hardtack aboard Wavertree. On Sunday, start your morning with a mindful 60-minute vinyasa-based yoga practice on tall ship Wavertree, and then spend the early afternoon at the dog adoption event with Animal Lighthouse Rescue (@animal_lighthouse).
