1968 Aston Martin DB6 Vantage 📸 - Shrinidhi Hande Probably 1/1 Aston Martin DB6 Vantage in India 🇮🇳 Aston Martin DB6 is one of the finest GT cars built by the British car maker, Aston Martin DB6 was not as famous as James' Bond car, the DB5. But it was the car that had the David Brown initials on it. As the DB5 range model started to fade, Aston Martin decided to build a new car. The first proposal came from the Touring of Milan coachbuilder, but it was rejected as not being enough “Aston Martin”. Soon after, the design team started working on the new DB6. In 1965 the final touches were made after wind-tunnel testing and the car was launched. Inside, there were four seats, something that was possible by stretching the wheelbase from the DB5. The expensive materials such as leather, aluminum, and wood were part of the construction process. Under the hood, there was an inline-six engine fed by three carburetors built by the same company that built the carburetors for the famous Spitfire WWII fighter plane. The dual-overhead-camshaft (DOHC) system was not very common for those times. For the more powerful version, the Vantage, the DB6 engine used three Webber carburetors. Surprisingly this is a Vantage version, which is a rare version, which featured an engine with triple Weber carburetors rather than the usual two, producing 325 horsepower. Only a handful DB6s were fitted with the Vantage engine from new. This is how authors of a new report have described the antimicrobial resistance (AMR) issue. 📄 Two years ago, The Lancet published a study estimating AMR was directly responsible for 1.27 million deaths in 2019, mostly in low- and middle-income countries. While dozens of countries around the world have established national plans on AMR, funds and action are lacking. “AMR is not yet a subject that resonates with the average member of the public and this, in turn, influences how much time politicians are willing to invest in the issue”, says Scott Weeze, Professor at the University of Guelph and member of the Global Leaders Group (GLG) on Antimicrobial Resistance. With concerning projections—by 2035, the cost to health care of treating antibiotic-resistant infections could reach US$412 billion per year—motivating public and political engagement is paramount. Berikut adalah beberapa hal yang perlu diketahui tentang UKK: Materi Ujian: Materi yang diujikan dalam UKK meliputi kompetensi keahlian yang sudah diajarkan di kelas dan diujikan secara teori dan praktik. Materi yang diujikan berbeda-beda tergantung pada jurusan yang diambil siswa. Waktu Ujian: Waktu ujian UKK biasanya berlangsung selama beberapa hari dan terdiri dari ujian teori dan ujian praktik. Durasi ujian teori dan praktik juga berbeda-beda tergantung pada jurusan dan kompetensi keahlian yang diujikan. Nilai: Nilai UKK mempengaruhi kelulusan siswa di SMK. Jika siswa tidak memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan, maka siswa harus mengikuti remedial dan mengulang ujian pada periode berikutnya. Persiapan Ujian: Untuk menghadapi UKK, siswa sebaiknya mempersiapkan diri dengan belajar secara intensif dan memperdalam materi yang sudah diajarkan di kelas. Selain itu, siswa juga bisa mencari referensi tambahan seperti buku atau sumber belajar online untuk memperkaya pemahaman tentang kompetensi keahlian yang diujikan. Manfaat Ujian: UKK memberikan manfaat bagi siswa untuk mengukur kemampuan dan kompetensi yang dimiliki, serta memberikan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi sekolah dan guru untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pembelajaran dan melakukan perbaikan jika diperlukan.
