La alcaldia de Santo Domingo Norte inició este miércoles el programa de bacheo y asfaltado en varios sectores del municipio, con el apoyo del Ministerio de Obras Públicas . Betty Gerónimo, alcaldesa del municipio, dijo que con el inicio de este programa cumple con la promesa hecha a munícipes en campaña. El monto corresponde al no pago de obras de infraestructuras, recogida de desechos sólidos, combustible, prestaciones laborales, Tesorería de la Seguridad Social (TSS) y pago de impuestos a la Dirección General de Impuestos Internos (DGII). Gerónimo dijo que las compañías recolectoras de desechos sólidos, “Sucesat y Caribean Ambiental”, sólo operan a un 50 por ciento de capacidad, siendo necesarios entre 22 a 24 camiones recolectores para un óptimo funcionamiento. Στις δράσεις συμμετείχε ομάδα παιδιών από τα τμήματα εφήβων του Ιδρύματος "Η Θεοτόκος" και η ανταπόκρισή τους ήταν εκπληκτική! 🌳 Περιηγηθήκαμε στις καλλιέργειες και γνωρίσαμε τα δέντρα του Πάρκου “Α. La Alcaldesa de Santo Domingo Norte, Betty Gerónimo, continúa activa en su segundo día al frente del municipio, esta vez con la realización de un operativo médico, en colaboración con el Ministerio de Obras Públicas, en el sector San Felipe de Villa Mella. La jornada médica incluyó la entrega de medicamentos, evaluaciones y chequeos en las especialidades de medicina interna, pediatría, ginecólogía, psicología, psiquiatría y odontología. "Estamos realizando este operativo médico en conjunto con Obras Públicas y otras instituciones, así estamos trabajando juntos como un solo gobierno", dijo Gerónimo. ASDN comienza retiro de publicidad de todos los candidatos municipales La Alcaldía de Santo Domingo Norte (ASDN) informó que inició este martes el retiro de las vallas y propagandas políticas de todos los candidatos que participaron de las elecciones municipales, a fin de retornar el orden y la limpieza de los espacios públicos del municipio. El operativo comenzó en las inmediaciones de la ASDN próximo a la avenida Hermanas Mirabal en Villa Mella, donde los obreros de la institución desmontaron los primeros afiches de diferentes organizaciones políticas, terminadas las elecciones municipales 2024. El alcalde de Santo Domingo Norte (SDN), Carlos Guzmán, instruyó a todo el personal operativo de retirar los afiches teniendo el debido cuidado y la precaución, evitando que personas resulten heridas o lastimadas. Los trabajos fueron coordinados por el director de Espacios Públicos Luís Manuel Mejía, quien manifestó que la disposición se realiza para cumplir con las normas municipales y electorales. "Nuestro deber es mantener las vías y los espacios públicos. Nosotros somos obedientes al mandato de la ley y respeto al ciudadano que se merece los espacios públicos libres", dijo Mejía.
