What a beautiful shot from @merrwatson for no 5 of the @luminar_global & @nomadict editing contest. This shot is from the twin lagoons on Coron Island in the Philippines. What a place. I cut this image in quite tight as there were a lot of distracting elements on the outer fringes. I then set about cleaning up some of the other areas of the image until I ended up with what I felt was a clean image. The dots of smaller boats were quite prominent and drew attention to the wrong part of the image. Then a few tweaks to the colours and were pretty much there! Und ein weiteres Bild meiner Norwegen-Reihe aus der einsamen Nacht auf dem Berg 😉 Ich war bereits nachmittags auf den Berg gelaufen und blieb bis in die späten Abendstunden. Weil die Kälte doch ein wenig durch Mark und Bein zog, saß ich zwischendurch immer mal wieder auf meiner Isomatte und versuchte mich wie ein Kringel möglichst klein zu machen. Leider gab es eine stärkere Böe und ich hörte nur noch ein unschönen Geräusch. Mein Stativ war samt Kamera einmal in die Waagerechte gewechselt und meine neue Sigma 14-24/2.8 Linse natürlich auf den einzigen offen liegenden Felseb geknallt. Drum herum weicher Schnee. Durch den Sturz war die feste Sonnenblende so nach innen gebogen, dass ich die Linse anschließend nur noch um die 24 mm Brennweite und aufwärts nutzen konnte. Zum Glück waren die Nordlichter mir gnädig und tanzten nicht über den kompletten Himmel. Auf unserem diesjährigen Norwegentrip war ich auch eine Tour alleine unterwegs , weil ohne Schneeschuhe nichts möglich gewesen wäre und so der gute @chrischi_1984 auf sein Hündchen aufgepasst hat, weil es für Hunde leider keine Schneeschuhe gab 😅 Mit fortgeschrittener Zeit leerte sich der Berg und ich war komplett alleine.
