Meet Anna Damaskinou, Intern for the 2019 Buffer Fringe Festival and Mentee in the Buffer Fringe 2019 Mentorship Programm. ————————————————— Anna Damaskinou holds a European Studies and Modern Languages Degree from the University of Cyprus and has recently received her M.A. in Transcultural Studies from the University of Heidelberg, with a focus on Visual Media and Material Culture. Her Master thesis focused on the transcultural bicommunal culture and the process of placemaking, taking place within the Buffer Zone. She is currently the Organizational Secretary of the NGO, YEU Cyprus.Her interests lie in the many forms of art, primarily films and political, socially engaged art. Meet Enver; our Turkish-speaking Intern and Mentee as part of the initiative Buffer Fringe 2019: Mentorship programm ——————————————— Enver Timur Gürzap, our 28 years old team member is working with Marketing and Social Media Strategies. He graduated from the Psychology Department of the Eastern Mediterranean University in Famagusta in 2013. He contributed in some of the biggest Festivals and Event organizations in Cyprus, such as Sandance Reggae Festival and Peace Through Technology Conference. He has done some private workshops related to non-verbal communication and neuromarketing for several companies and associations.
