Après presque dix ans de loyaux services, il était temps de changer la porte de départ par une nouvelle porte plus rigide et plus performante ; ainsi que le changement du coffret de départ pour avoir les même composants que les grilles récentes et avoir un meilleur suivi sur le long terme. It’s that time of the year again when I get such and such gate is quicker or slower than this gate. 🚦 First video @mbmxclub (Plattfields ) V @gosportbmxtrack (Gosport) 1/4 speed then full speed . If you listen closely you can hear perfectly the “random start” the beeps are then identical as is the gate drop. ⚡️ Video 2 Glasgow (world championship gate) V Gosport. Beeps are identical as is the drop. 👍🏻 All 3 set on official UCI settings to drop on green, if you have your gate set on anything other than green (2nd yellow for example) don’t come complaining that the official UCI set gates feel slow. We did a great job by upgrading this gate in keeping the existing Bensink concrete vault. After few transformations, we have been able to install a new Prostart 100% electric safety gate ! 🇳🇱🚦FIRST PROSTART GATE in Nijverdal, Netherlands !!🚦🇳🇱 Last year in September, our workers installed the first PROSTART safety gate in Netherlands 🇳🇱 @fcvdelochsprinters !! We worked with the compagny Schijf BMX tracks who modernized the whole track in the same time ! We took time to install our first safety gate in this country. The main reason is the local gate producer @bensinkbmxgates was doing a great job since about 2008 but as the owner Albert took a well-rewarded working retirement in 2021, there isn’t really anymore “normal track gate supplier” in the country and with the help of Albert, we finally made it! The Nijverdal club got also all our PROSTART’s accessories and with this 100% electric gate, the coaches will be able to upgrade the quality of the training sessions and upcoming races will look prett professional ! This new track is close to Stockholm, capital of Sweden and our gate is our third one in this country ! A 100% electric gate is perfect in this country where the temperatures can quickly change from very cold to very hot in just few hours/days. C’est la 2ème installation que nous faisons avec Hurricane après celle de @bc2000_bmx_race. Cette solution “clé en main” de butte à 5 mètre est superbe, il s’agit d'une très belle évolution pour le @bmxmauguioracing2022 et pour le développement du bmx en France, vivement les prochaines compétitions ! It wasn’t a standard installation as we kept most of the concrete structure made by the club many years ago.
