Pulled Pork and Sliced Money Muscle! - Got a full pork butt from Kellys Meats. Firstly the marbling was insane! After the blade bone was removed and the money muscle seperated it was hit with our new Pork injection for extra flavour and doubling down on that moisture. Then rubbed with our WOODLANDS rub as a base layer and RANGER rub as a heavy top layer and to create that epic red colour. Into the Green Mountain Grills - Australia at using Charcoal Kings pellets @ 275f until it had some epic bark then wrapped up with sugar, honey, butter and some apple juice. 2am English Takeaway Inspired Chicken Shish Kebab! ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ฅ๓ ฎ๓ ง๓ ฟ๐ฅ - For this we marinated some thick cut chunks of chicken breast which was tenderised and coated in a mix of our rubs EL HACHA, RANGER & GYRO. To this was added a generous spoonful each of - olive oil, garlic and fresh lemon juice. This was left for around 4 hours covered in a bowl. Then we whipped up a quick pickled cabbage which was a quarter red cabbage thinly sliced, 1/2 cup of white vinegar, 1/2cup of water, generous sprinkle of sugar, salt and pepper. Again this was left for a few hours. Finally we got the Weber screaming hot, skewered the breast chunks and grilled them to perfectly cooked. Served it all up with a warm fresh wrap, white rice, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, sliced white onion, a little lettuce, pickled cabbage and a slice of lemon. "Steak Ramen ๐ฅ Reverse seared picanha, rubbed with Butchers Axe BBQ STAMPEDE steak seasoning, and cooked over heatbeads with some cherry and applewood chunks. Hand formed the patties (thicker than usual if straight grilling) then seasoned them with BULLSEYE ๐ & STAMPEDE ๐งก smoked in the @greenmountaingrillsau at 275 for around 45mins.
