⚠️ Black Tonkotsu, Chicken Dumplings South Street Fish & Ramen Co (Hoboken, NJ) [PART 2/2] (Chicken Potstickers: D) - I was pleasantly surprised by that sweet yuzu ginger dipping sauce that was quite pleasant. I think that sauce works well as a topping, but perhaps as a flavor booster for a salad or poke bowl rather than these dumplings as they are already light to begin with and definitely needs something like a ponzu or wasabi soy to drive the flavor. (Black Tonkotsu Ramen: D) - The main part, the broth of this Tonkotsu actually has some nice pork development that gives the soup a powerful richness. There are some specifics that could be improved such as the color of that pork as it just looks underdeveloped in color, and in turn, flavor. However, the biggest issue is the poor packaging of this , where the broth does not stay in its container, making this quite messy for takeout. I feel that the containers need to be better and perhaps wrapping them in a plastic bag for extra security would be helpful. (Overall: D) - Overall, I felt like there were a number of technical misses by the wide array of food I sampled so it is quite hard to give many positive remarks. This is bun cha. This is only my 2nd time ever having a Vietnamese dish. Grilled pork belly patties and sliced pork in a pretty sweet broth. Pickled carrots and I think green papaya. Usually served with rice noodles, but I skipped this time. Very aromatic, kinda smokey, garlic aand various herb flavors. So good. Idk why I've held out so long on Vietnamese food.

いしとみさんで小田原系ラーメンをいただいた後は、静岡まで足を伸ばしてラーメン探訪🍜訪れたのは沼津にある「松福 本店」さん🎍屋号に「家」はありませんが家系ラーメンのお店で、結果的にお昼の小田原系と合わせて神奈川のご当地ラーメンツアーのような形に😲立地は沼津港の近くなので駅からはバスでのアクセスとなります🚌 うまいラーメン(ハーフ) ¥600 半チャーハン ¥550 平日21時頃の訪問で先客は5名ほど👫店内は対面で両側座れるカウンターが3列とかなり広々してますが、この時間帯とは思えないほど続々と後から来客があり、退店時にはほぼ満席になってました😳レポにチャーハンが美味しい&半チャーハンでも普通のお店の一杯分くらいあると書き込みがあったので、ハーフのラーメンとともに注文📝入店から数分で着丼🍜🍚 まずはラーメンから。好みは麺固めその他は普通でオーダーしました😉見た目はほぼ生(軽くは茹でてある？)のキャベツが丼の3分の1を覆う勢いでたっぷり入ってるのが特徴的ですね🥬 味と油普通でオーダーしたスープをいただくと、豚骨感はそれほど強く感じられずだいぶライトな印象でした🙄醤油の濃度はちょうど良かったので、家系の中ではかなり飲みやすい部類のスープだと思います🐷 固めでオーダーした麺は茹で加減やや固めくらいの太ストレートで、モチっと弾力のある食感は良かったですが、個人的にはもうちょっと固めがベストだったかなぁという感じです🤔麺量はおそらく通常の半分で、その他のトッピングは通常と同じ量だと思われるのでかなり具沢山なラーメンという印象を受けます🥓🥬 そんな具材はチャーシュー、キャベツ、ほうれん草、海苔、ネギというラインナップ。 チャーシューは薄切り大判のロースで、しっとり柔らか系の食感は家系で最も定番のタイプです🥩 キャベツはほぼ生なのでパリパリした食感がかなり強いインパクトを放っており、これはちょっと主張強すぎたかなぁ😓クタクタ手前くらいまで茹でてあればもっと丼にも馴染んでたのかなぁというところです🧐 続いてはチャーハン。確かに半チャーハンとしては量多めですが、ハーフのラーメンとセットで食べるのにちょうどいいくらいの絶妙なボリュームです👍 タイプとしてはややしっとり系の味付けはあっさり目で、肉が焼き豚ではなく鶏だったのと蒲鉾のふわふわ食感が存在感があったのが印象的で、正直好みドンピシャではありませんでしたがラーメン店のサイドメニューとしては普通にクオリティの高いものだと思いましたね👏 家系に限らず博多系や熊本系の豚骨ラーメンもあったので地元にあれば色々なメニューをローテでリピートしたくなるようなお店ですね♻️ #松福 #沼津 #ラーメン #ramen #家系ラーメン #豚骨ラーメン #porkbroth #キャベツ #cabbage #チャーハン #炒飯 #friedrice #dinner #麺スタグラム #遠征 #trip
