Easy lunch in Cardiff city centre last week called for a stop at the #NewWorkDeli ! This place had all the dreamy loaded sandwiches you could possibly ever want! Styled like an American sandwich shop it mostly had standing room with a few picnic benches out in the arcade. I got a Vanilla Coke and it they also had A&W root beer! We ordered the New York Hoagie which was stuffed full of pastrami, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, NYD-coleslaw, pickles, creamy thousand island dressing and some cracked pepper. The Real Rueben Hoagie that also had pastrami but MELTED Swiss cheese, topped with sauerkraut, pickles and classic American mustard. This one was served hot and it was delicious! Obviously we got fries on the side to make this a perfect lunch date. Would absolutely come back to try some other sandwich combinations.
