Caleb's family faced an uphill battle as he was confronted with a variety of challenges at once. During 4th grade, Caleb's lively spirit was dampened by major motor tics, mood swings, and difficulties focusing. 😔 And part of the culprit was a PANDAS diagnosis! With “every specialist under the sun” offering little relief, the journey started to feel hopeless. Neurologists diagnosed him with Tourette's, and psychiatry experimented with various medications for anxiety and ADHD, but the positive impact was minimal. Little Miss Macyn was constipated, not sleeping, and underweight at around 6 months old. 😔 She was in the 37th percentile at the time 📉 despite all efforts to help her gain more weight. Her incredible momma went above and beyond for her baby to get the best nutrition possible, but Macyn was still having a hard time! Before finding PX Docs, Charlie was struggling majorly with self-regulation, attention, and focus. 😩 Mom wrote that Charlie was diagnosed with ADHD and ASD level 1 in March of 2022 and that she was trying to find other solutions to help Charlie that didn't involve just medication.💊❌ It was really difficult for them to find the perfect combination of resources to help him with these challenges.
