Hi! I’m Lindsay and was born and raised in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado, active and loving the outdoors. After I married my high school sweetheart, we moved to San Diego since my husband was in the Navy. Once he was out 10 years later, we decided to move back to CO to be near our family so we could start a family of our own. We now have been blessed with a very active and loving 16 month old little girl. Since having her in our lives, I was truly inspired to connect with other local moms. Professionally, I decided to finally start my own private practice. I’ve been a Registered Nurse for over 17 years and have been fortunate enough to work with both pediatric and adult patients and have specialized as a Certified Pediatric Nurse. In addition to this work, I’m passionate about my over 11 years of fitness, health, and nutrition coaching as both a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. So at The Mama Coach, I blend all my professional backgrounds as a Board Certified Nurse Health & Wellness Coach to provide families with holistic, evidence-informed care to successfully navigate pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I offer a variety of in-person and virtual services ranging from infant sleep coaching, newborn and postpartum support to prenatal education, pumping/weaning/starting solids guidance, CPR/choking classes, potty training and overall health, wellness, and nutrition coaching. As a new mom myself, I wanted to also personally connect with fellow mamas. Luckily I soon learned about The Mom Walk Collective (TMWC). After having such a great experience with my first walk in Denver, I quickly decided to start The Mom Walk Collective in Westminster, CO. I organize local gatherings for moms at least twice a month to walk, have a coffee, create new friendships, and build community. I am in LOVE with the colors of this gallery. Mom wanted the colors of the '70's so wanted mustard, avocado green and a light burnt orange. So so pretty! And she looked so good on all of the colors, excited to go through all her images. Mom was also telling me about being discharged from the Hospital and it was the day of our snow storm last Thursday. They live in Idaho Springs and couldn't get home since I-70 was closed and had to stay in a hotel for the night! That is a story that will be told year after year!! The famous Froggy Pose is a composite that I put together in Photoshop using two different images. I use dad to help me get these two images but a lot of parents love having at least one of the images in the gallery with dads hand. It gives you perspective at how tiny these little people are. No matter how long I have been doing newborn photography I never stop being amazed at how small we all start out. And then how quickly we grow, especially that first year. I am so happy I can provide these images to my clients. My kids are 19 and 17, I can barely remember them being this tiny. I wish I had these photos of my kids as newborns.
