Last week was the 25th annual STORM #HillCountryChallenge, at #FlatRockRanch , and a challenge it was. The first mile is all uphill, then you get some brief downhills only to climb to an even higher point on the trail. But the descents are all worth it, the kind of long slight decline you can build some real speed on. I had a blast and I'm getting faster, 7 minutes closer to the leader than my last race. Not to mention an only two-second variance between my first and second lap.
