In fact, the whole reason I placed a DVN order was to get this shade. In person it not only lived up to my internalized hype, it totally exceeded it. So many swatch photos/videos you see of magnetic polishes are taken immediately after they’ve been painted and the effect is most pronounced. In reality, however, magnetics are rarely picture-perfect because the particles will disperse over time and you won’t be able to maintain the crisp cat eye effect. This always frustrated me when I first started using magnetic polish because I could never get them to look as good as the PR. Now, though, I know better and have more realistic expectations.
