I’ve drank a lot of beers in my lifetime but this coffee blonde stout from @jaggedmountaincb is one that I’ll never get sick of! “This Beer Really Ties The Room Together” is a blonde stout made with Ozo coffee, Cocoa nibs, and lactose. You get a subtle coffee flavor that isn’t too bitter or roasty, which in my opinion is the perfect coffee beer. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything that @southernbeergirl makes at Jagged Mountain cause she really can do it all!! Meet Jim, one of our Bartender Shift Leads. 🍺 You'll often find him behind the bar, pouring beers and ensuring smooth service, all while cracking jokes at every opportunity. Jim's journey in the craft beer scene began when his food truck partnered with Cigar City to cater events at their taproom. This led him to work with several breweries in Florida, where he developed a love for the industry. Upon moving to Colorado, he made the switch from food to beer, joining Avery Brewing before becoming a member of the Cerebral team for nearly 4 years. For Jim, the best part of his job is the people, both behind the bar and in front of it. Outside of work, Jim's passion for the culinary world is evident on his YouTube channel (@doesntpayfullprice), where he shares cooking videos, taste tests and more. In the future, he hopes to expand his real estate and YouTube career - while remaining a part of Colorado's craft beer scene and supporting hospitality professionals. If you catch Jim behind the bar, feel free to share your favorite places to eat with him, but make sure you're not wearing sandals. His hot take? Sandals should only be worn at the beach. "I don't want to look at your toes while I'm trying to eat," he says. 👣
