This week's wings are a seasonal special from @domufl. So since this is more of a specialty wing then normal. I'm going to be rating it different. Basically I'm not breaking it down and getting right to the nitty gritty. My reasoning for this is everything is a solid 9 here. The only thing that is a bit high is the cost. It's $12 per 6 wings, but since it's a speciality wing I expect the rise in price. These are a Asian style wing and you can taste a little of the difference in the oil from the start. But it's the crunchy crispiness that starts to take me away. Followed by a Hot Mustard sauce, which has a hint of curry coming through. These wings have a kick its definitely a hot mustard one though. As unlike hot sauce it doesn't linger longer then you want. Ruining any other dish you may get here ( I suggest trying the traditional wings as well, but that's a different review). Definitely come our to either of Domu's locations before they are gone. Also they are gluten free for those of you that need that.
Had an awesome time last night with my friends Tarra, JJ and Quinton at Domu. Great suggestion by T on the Ramen spot. The best chashu I've had in quite a while, maybe ever. The cheese appetizer thing was really good and the Tiger Milk Tea Ice Cream was amazing. I totally picked the wrong drink though. The banana thing was meh but Tarra's Lychee drink was way better.
