Zelf paneermeel maken Hallo lieve mensen, toch langer dan verwacht is het stil hier. De verbouwing van ons nieuwe huis, zwangerschap, fulltime werk en verdrietige persoonlijke omstandigheden hebben ervoor gezorgd ik bijna niet bezig ben geweest met @kokkerellenmetsuus. In maart heb ik mijn website verhuisd naar een andere hostingpartij en heb ik 2 recepten gemaakt. Het ontbrak mij helaas aan tijd om dit verder uit te werken. Gisteren zijn we verhuisd en hoop ik Kokkerellen met Suus de komende tijd rustig aan weer te kunnen oppakken. Een super simpel, snel en lekker receptje is het zelf maken van paneermeel. Hiervoor heb je wat restjes (oud) brood nodig en een oven. Ik had nog een paar sneetjes zelfgebakken zuurdesembrood in de diepvries liggen. Dit scheurde ik in stukken en bakte het krokant in de oven. Met een hakmolentje vermaal je dit tot een fijn paneermeel. Eventueel kan je het op smaak brengen met wat olijfolie en zout. Paneermeel kan je bijvoorbeeld gebruiken voor het maken van schnitzels of in gehaktballen. Hamburger Casserole Recipe Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef 1 onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes 1 can (10.75 ounces) condensed tomato soup 1 cup beef broth 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Salt and pepper to taste Optional toppings: chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and set aside. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.
