Patient with missing first premolar, not enough bone hight. The decision was to do vertical augmentation using khoury double plate technique. Bone block was harvested from ramus using piezo device and autogenus bone was collected by scraper. We have to go down a little bit more when inserting the implant in fresh socket to avoid crestal bone loss, filling the gap between implant and bone with bonegraft ( I used autogenus bone in this case) and we have to be sure that our flap is tension free after suturing.
