Miss Maliea’s zen, approachable temperament facilitates these miraculous moments that I have the honor and privilege to witness time and time again with EVERYONE she meets EVERYWHERE we go. Funny story: We were at a red light on a mild temp day in Seattle. Window rolled down, Maliea’s chin resting, boopable snoot slightly visible from my side-window mirror. A driver pulls up next to us and says, “OMGosh! What an adorable puppy! She just made my day!” In our Green Lake neighborhood, people have stopped, roll down their window, ask to pet, pull over and park just to connect with Maliea. So, follow us and we will follow back! It was a hot day, but the ice cream car came just in time! Day 1 of 15. We set out on our vast wastelands adventure with 2 people, 2 dogs and an ancient cat. First stop was Yuma AZ and the Territorial prison which was actually a pretty interesting museum.
